The dragonfly has long been a symbol of transformation and it's Sarah's mission to help clients transform into the best version of themselves. Her nutrition philosophy is rooted in common sense but her nutrition approach is individualized to each client she sees.
Sarah Stapelmann is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian. She holds a Master’s of Science degree from Syracuse University and a Post-Bachelorette Certificate in Dietetics from Mount Mary University. She is also a Certified LEAP Therapist, specially trained to help people with food sensitivities.
Prior to starting her own practice, her experience within the field included working as an out-patient dietitian at a community health center with the occasional hospital consultation. Through the center’s WIC program, Sarah managed high-risk pediatric patients suffering from obesity, pre-diabetes, Type 1 diabetes, iron-deficiency anemia, and failure to thrive.
Sarah specializes in weight management in both adults and children. She also helps treat medical conditions where diet and exercise have been proven effective, such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome, and insulin resistance. Clients are referred to Sarah primarily from present & former clients, physicians, therapists, acupuncturists and chiropractors.
